Todd Campbell is a seasoned football coach and educator from Abilene, Texas, with an accomplished career spanning college, junior college, and high school programs across Texas and California. Known for his leadership, offensive strategy, and ability to build lasting relationships with players, Todd has left a lasting mark on every program he’s worked with. A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies, Todd holds multiple State of Texas Educator Certifications—including EC–12 Physical Education, EC–12 Special Education, and 7–12 Social Studies Composite. His coaching journey began at Texas Tech University, where he served as a student assistant coach for wide receivers before continuing to Texas A&M–Commerce as running backs and tight ends coach. He later became Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach at the College of the Sequoias (JUCO), where his offensive systems set three school records for most points scored in a single game (63), highest completion percentage for a season (68%), and yards per catch average (12 yards). At the high school level, Todd has coached across multiple 4A and 5A programs, serving in roles including Wide Receivers Coach, Run Game Coordinator, Quarterbacks Coach, and Offensive Coordinator. His leadership helped produce multiple District, Bi-District, and Regional Championships, earning him recognition as a respected mentor known for his offensive innovation and player development. Following the events of September 11, 2001, Todd honorably served in the U.S. Army for 4.5 years, where he demonstrated the same discipline and teamwork that define his coaching philosophy. After a medical discharge, he returned to football, continuing to influence young athletes both on and off the field.
