About
Born and raised in Abilene, Texas, Todd Campbell grew up with a deep love for sports, teamwork, and leadership. As a multi-sport athlete in football, baseball, and basketball, he learned early on the importance of perseverance—a lesson that would shape his life both on the field and in service to his country. Todd earned his degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and holds Texas Educator Certifications in Physical Education, Social Studies, and Special Education. His coaching experience spans every level of the game, from Division I and II college programs to junior college and Texas high school football. Whether mentoring quarterbacks or coordinating offensive strategy, Todd is known for his passion for teaching, his attention to detail, and his ability to bring out the best in his players. After serving in the U.S. Army for over four years and sustaining an injury during active duty, Todd returned to coaching with a renewed sense of purpose. He continues to build winning teams and positive locker room cultures grounded in trust, accountability, and respect. Outside of football, Todd is an enthusiast of college football, aviation, and classic cars. He also dedicates time to volunteering at local food pantries and veteran-focused homeless shelters, giving back to the communities and causes that mean the most to him. Driven by faith, discipline, and mentorship, Todd Campbell represents the best of Texas football culture—a coach, veteran, and leader committed to developing athletes and citizens alike.
